The Carlton Restaurant & Bar on Zürcher Bahnhofstrasse combines high-end culinary arts and well-being. In our elegant boutique restaurant, we serve GaultMillau award-winning dishes, while innovative cocktails are mixed at the bar and over 900 positions await our guests in the in-house wine cellar.

Your area of responsibility

• Cleaning of dishes as well as kitchen utensils
• Tidying and cleaning work
• Maintaining cleanliness in the office
• Assistance with kitchen cleaning
• Compliance with occupational safety and hygiene regulations

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a Casserolier
• Reliable, flexible and resilient personality
• Clean, organized and efficient way of working
• Place of residence in or near the city of Zürich
• Willingness to undertake irregular working hours with Zimmerstunde
• Good German and English skills
