Your tasks
Building technician for general maintenance and repair work
Outdoor work (mowing lawn, lawn care, potted plant care, pruning shrubs)
Disposal
Winter service
perform smaller electrical and technical work independently
Assistance in the control and maintenance of building technology systems
Organization and coordination of external craftsmen if required
Support with room repairs and maintenance
