Mandated by one of our clients, a 5* hotel located in Genève, we are looking for:

Job description ###

-preparation of hot and cold drinks during service
-preparation of desserts
-cleaning of the bar and equipment
-management of stocks of spirits, soft drinks and wines (knowledge of Swiss wines)
-compliance with current hygiene standards
-welcoming and informing customers in French and English
-hours according to schedule with split shifts, continuous, rotating rest days
-salary on 13 months according to CCNT
-capable of managing a high volume and large capacity

Profile ###

-hotel training mandatory, additional mention of bartender a plus
-confirmed experience in one or more establishments with high capacity
-sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills
-languages: Fr + ENG Mandatory (min B2), other language an asset
-capable of integrating quickly into a brigade
-be available immediately
