Workload 80 - 100 %

Your tasks are:

• Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
• Leading and accompanying employees with disabilities and apprentices in professional daily work during the daily preparation of 140 meals
• Work-agogic documentation and shared responsibility within the team
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
• Assistance with event occasions

You bring with you:

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Training as Arbeitsagoge/Arbeitsagogin is an advantage or great interest in accompanying and promoting people with disabilities in their daily work
• Vocational trainer course for the professional guidance of apprentices
• Humor and solution-oriented action
• Service orientation and teamwork
• Passion for the culinary arts
