Job Description ###

MAIN MISSIONS

As part of the reinforcement of our client's teams, we are recruiting a dynamic restaurant receptionist, guarantor of excellent service and professional management of the reception.

? Welcome restaurant customers.
? Manage lounge reservation requests and ensure optimal planning.
? Write and propose menus to internal customers and then confirm them to the kitchen and service teams.
? Ensure the setup of lounges according to needs, including technical equipment.
? Perform various administrative tasks (confirmation letters, occupancy rates, etc.).
? Occasionally participate in the welcome and/or table service during exceptional events.

Profile ###

Profile :

? Higher hotel management training.
? Significant experience as a 5* Hotel Receptionist.
? Significant 5* Food & Beverage experience (catering, restaurant or room service).
? Ability to effectively coordinate activities related to the restaurant reception.
? Acute sense of welcoming a demanding clientele.
? Very good mastery of MS Office IT tools.
? Rigor and ease of writing.
? Fluent English and French.
? Residence in Switzerland mandatory. (Permis B or C)
