Barman / Barlady (reported profession)

Requirements:

• training in the catering/bar sector or proven experience in the role
• good knowledge of liqueurs, spirits and beverages
• knowledge of the main techniques for preparing and mixing cocktails
• good knowledge of the Italian language
• reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
• neat appearance and professionalism in performing the work
• good ability to manage stress and periods of higher influx
• attitude towards teamwork and collaborative spirit
• flexibility and availability to work based on the needs of the event and weather conditions

Employment details:

• Winterland Ascona-Locarno 2026-2027 edition
• on-call contract from 19 November 2026 to 6 January 2027
• shift work, including weekends and public holidays
• dynamic and stimulating work environment
• possibility to work within one of the main winter events in Ticino
