We look after patients of our private clinic Salina, guests of our hotel as well as the residents of our private residences. Your Team For our facility, we are looking for an engaged, experienced and responsible personality as Deputy Head of Housekeeping, immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will support the Head of Housekeeping in the leadership and organization of the team and assume deputy responsibility in their absence. With your strong quality awareness, your organizational strength and your enjoyment of working with people, you will make an important contribution to a smooth and professional process in housekeeping. What awaits you * Support of the Head of Housekeeping in the leadership and organization of the housekeeping team as well as their deputy in case of absence * Organization and coordination of daily workflows as well as support in the deployment planning of employees * Ensuring and monitoring internal quality standards according to quality management * Promotion of an efficient, independent and quality-conscious way of working in the team * Ensuring constructive and smooth cross-departmental communication * Participation in department meetings, employee information sessions and other operational meetings * Assumption of further tasks and projects after consultation with the supervisor * A responsible and versatile function with personal responsibility and development opportunities * An appreciative and collegial working environment in a committed team * A meaningful activity in a professional environment What you bring * Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ or an equivalent training * Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function, ideally in the healthcare sector * Completed vocational trainer course as well as experience in the guidance and supervision of apprentices * Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills * Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working * High quality and responsibility awareness * Strong service orientation and social competence * Enjoyment of working with people and in a team * Willingness to take on responsibility and to actively contribute to the further development of housekeeping Interested?
