Introduction

A leadership position in the area of spa and guest services is being filled for a boutique hotel with a small exclusive wellness and spa offering.

The focus is on high-quality service quality, personal care, and the continuous development of the offering.

We are looking for a host personality who combines operational excellence with organizational talent and leadership strength.

Tasks

• You take on overall responsibility for the spa area and ensure smooth operations
• You lead, promote, and develop the spa team and ensure high service quality in all areas
• You coordinate reservations, treatments, as well as the optimal utilization of the offering
• You look after guests personally and ensure an exclusive and professional wellness experience
• You are responsible for purchasing, inventory management, as well as compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• You further develop existing offerings and contribute new ideas to increase guest satisfaction

Profile

• You have training in the wellness, spa, hotel, or service sector
• You bring leadership or professional experience in a high-quality spa or hotel operation
• You convince through high service orientation and pronounced host qualities
• You work in an organized, independent manner and with a high quality standard
• You maintain an overview even in demanding situations and set priorities correctly
• You have very good German and English skills, further languages are an advantage
