Your tasks
In this versatile position, you ensure a well-kept, clean, and homely environment with your expertise and your commitment. You take on responsibility in housekeeping and make an important contribution to the well-being of our residents. Your main tasks include:
Planned working hours in the time frame from 06:15 to 16:00 according to the deployment planning
Professional maintenance cleaning of resident rooms, care rooms, as well as public areas
Execution of basic, special, and periodic cleanings
Apartment end-of-tenancy cleanings upon moves in and out as well as window and glass cleanings
Ensuring and maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Accompanying, promoting, and co-supervising apprentices in the field of housekeeping
On average once per month, you perform a deployment of around 4 hours on the weekend
What you bring with you
Completed training as Specialist Housekeeping EFZ or equivalent training
Professional experience in the health sector or hotel industry mandatory
Independent, structured, and careful way of working
High service orientation as well as enjoyment of varied tasks
Team spirit, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
Empathetic and appreciative handling of elderly people
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
