Head Waiter / Maître d’hôtel (m/f)

In this responsible position, you ensure the excellent care of our guests and guarantee that service, quality, and standards in all restaurants, bars, and banquets meet the high requirements of the house.
You organize and coordinate the à la carte service, banquets, buffets, and special events and are equally available as a competent contact person for guests and employees.

Your task includes team leadership, the training and motivation of employees, as well as coordination with the kitchen in all matters of menu and beverage planning, use of goods, and stock management. You ensure smooth processes, monitor compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and contribute actively to the achievement of turnover and sales targets.

We are looking for a committed personality with completed training in the hotel or gastronomy industry, ideally with several years of experience in a leading position in 4- or 5-star hotels. In addition to excellent knowledge in all forms of service, you are characterized by organizational talent, a sense of responsibility, a diplomatic demeanor, and a true passion for gastronomy. Very good German skills as well as French or English round off your profile.
