What you will do

• Kitchen responsibility during the absence of the Head Chef
• Leadership of permanent and temporary staff
• Independent menu planning and monitoring of production
• Ordering and stock management
• Responsibility for the compliance and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines

What you bring with you

• Completed culinary apprenticeship EFZ, at least 3 years of professional experience in the same role
• Experience in the event and banquet sector as well as in large-scale catering is an advantage
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• German level C1-C2: competent language use
• Hands-on, flexible, resilient, and team-oriented

Your new workplace is located in the new Swiss Life Arena in Zürich Altstetten. Together with your team, you will pamper our guests with a diverse range of offerings. You work in a 7-day operation, depending on the duty roster. You are flexibly available in the evenings and on weekends.
