Chef de partie

The employer is looking for a:

Chef de partie (reported profession)

Tasks:

• prepare the mise en place
• collaborate in the preparation and presentation of the cuisine
• carefully garnish the dishes and pass them to the service staff

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• knowledge of German would be an advantage
• availability and flexibility in hours and working days including Sundays and holidays
