The employer is looking for a:

Reception Collaborator (on-call hourly employment) (reported profession)

Tasks:

• collaborate in the operational management of the reception, working in shifts.
• welcome, advise, and assist guests in person, by telephone, and via e-mail.

-sell the entire range of services and products: entries, subscriptions, Spa treatments and massages, Spa Private, events, gift vouchers, and value cards.

• manage the cash register and daily closures.
• collaborate in the management and monitoring of the booking system for massages, treatments, and Spa Private.

Requirements:

• basic training in the hotel, tourism, or commercial sector.
• experience, preferably, in the hotel sector, at the reception, or in sales.
• positive, friendly personality oriented towards hospitality.
• excellent knowledge of Italian, German, French, and English; additional languages constitute a preferential qualification. The official language of the Group is German.
• interest in the world of well-being and wellness.
• availability to work in shifts, including evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays (facility open 7 days a week).
