Our Hospitality department is looking for a:

Floor Housekeeper 100% (M/F)

In this role, you ensure the quality of cleaning services and compliance with the establishment's standards.

Your missions

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning teams.
• Guarantee compliance with quality and cleanliness standards.
• Perform quality controls and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions.
• Manage stocks, orders, and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure the follow-up of uniforms and consumables.
• Act as the operational relay for the Executive Housekeeper.
• Participate in the daily organization of the service and briefings.
• Ensure the management of lost and found items.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and the irreproachable presentation of spaces.

Your profile

• CFC as a hospitality specialist or an equivalent title.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of Facility Management, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in supervising cleaning or floor teams.
• Spirit of initiative and anticipation.
• Sense of detail and meticulousness.
• Perfect command of the French language, as well as good knowledge of English (German is an asset).
