In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the LÖWENSTOBE (50 places) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal room for events. The large outdoor area can accommodate up to 80 guests and offers a perfect location to enjoy.

In 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star superior HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests enjoy not only the unique RESTAURANT QUELL with its sharing concept, but also an impressive wellness and care area at the QUELL SPA of more than 2,200 m² as well as the elegant BOTANICUM bar.

• Operational participation in all daily laundry activities
• Responsible for all the establishment's linen - bed and bath linen, uniforms as well as guest linen
• Careful sorting, washing, ironing and preparation of all textiles
• Coordination of daily processes and priorities within the laundry
• Assurance and control of our quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Professional supervision and support of employees as well as training of new team members
• Control of correct washing programs, dosages and the economical use of chemicals and materials
• Carrying out small repairs on uniforms and linen
• Maintenance of order and cleanliness as well as the correct maintenance of machines and utensils
• Support during inventories as well as distribution and collection of uniforms
• Monitoring of linen stocks and early reporting of shortages, damage or quality discrepancies
• Continuous optimization of workflows and processes within the laundry
• Help in the rooms when additional support is needed
• Experience in a professional laundry, preferably including dry cleaning
• First experience in a supervisory role or willingness to assume professional responsibility
• Acute awareness of quality and sense of organization
• Practical spirit and pleasure in continuing to participate actively in daily operations
• Knowledge of German and/or English, other languages an asset
• Good physical condition and resilience
• Neat appearance and positive attitude
• Service and quality oriented, team spirit, sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual in all circumstances
