The GO-IN with the Fuchs-Hütte stands for an unforgettable experience away from everyday life.
We operate a small, family-run hotel with restaurant and bar and the
Fuchs-Hütte in Sörenberg.
Small but fine, the Fuchs-Hütte presents itself in the middle of the ski slope with a sunny
terrace for cozy lingering. Our guests enjoy an Apéro or a real Entlebucher Kafi-Luz and, for hunger, a Raclette, homemade soup or
a fine pizza.
The Après-Ski fans get their money's worth on Saturday from 4 pm, as the party goes up
until 7 pm.
Requirements

• you bring GOOD MOOD and warmth to work every day
• German native speaker
• Experience in gastronomy/service
• well-groomed appearance, age between 25-50
• willingness to learn something new every day and to constantly improve

Tasks

• Management of the bar including served indoor area and terrace
• Preparation of drinks including cocktails
• Preparation and serving of the food menu
• Evening service during hut evenings
• Responsible handling of money and consistently clean ticketing
• General mise en place, tidying up & cleaning work
• Consistent implementation and compliance with hygiene and quality standards
