The Alters- und Pflegeheim Risi is a loving home with a view for 105 elderly people. For our housekeeping team, we are looking for starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement: a committed, reliable and creative personality as Specialist Hotel Management & Housekeeping (100 %) m/f/d

Tasks – meaningful and with heart:

• Ensuring professional cleaning and care of the residents' rooms as well as all public areas
• Carrying out interim, basic and departure cleanings according to defined quality standards
• Professional use of cleaning equipment and machines
• Organization and management of residents' laundry as well as internal house textiles
• Support in ensuring hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Accompanying and promoting apprentices in the area of housekeeping

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Fachfrau / -mann Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft EFZ
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• High service orientation as well as a strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Flexibility and resilience in a varied everyday working life as well as readiness for occasional weekend shifts
• Appreciative, empathetic and friendly interaction with elderly people
