The FloraAlpina 3* Hotel is located on the beautiful Vierwaldstättersee. With our 53 rooms, a wide variety of seminar and banquet rooms, as well as a small wellness area, we are a destination for seminars, weddings, family celebrations, and holiday guests.

What you bring with you:

• training as a cook or comparable professional experience in a similar position
• a team-oriented but also highly motivated nature
• creativity in dealing with food as well as quick comprehension and a careful way of working
• a reliable and independent working style
• basic knowledge of the German language, any further language is an advantage

Your tasks:

• preparation and cooking of meals
• deployment at all stations
• goods receipt and control
• Mise-en-place
• compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• general tidying up and cleaning work
• support at the partner business "Wellness Hotel Stoos" in the mountain village of Stoos during the winter season (January–March)
