We are looking for a sociable and enthusiastic personality who radiates and generates sympathy immediately. The arrival of our visitors should remain surprisingly positive and in their best memory. The receptionist should be able to draw on extensive life experience to assess the visitors and assign them to the appropriate customer service representative.

You will manage the reception together with a colleague over the six opening days. i.e. you work in a 3-day week, with every second Saturday included in the weekly schedule. This results in an approximately 60% workload. In addition, there are vacation and sickness replacements for your colleague and occasionally a shift on an open shopping Sunday. This results in a 100% workload for a few weeks a year. Therefore, we are pleased if you are flexible in terms of time.

The threads of the branch come together at the reception, and the receptionist is simultaneously also the assistant to the branch manager. To perform this task confidently and with an overview, it is an advantage if you already have experience in a telephone exchange and in written correspondence. You prepare a warm welcome for our visitors and assign them to the appropriate consultant. You work on the PC with Outlook, Word, Excel and a cash register program. Swiss German in interaction, German in writing and a minimum age of 25 years are seen as prerequisites.
