The restaurant is looking for:

Assistant Cook (Male/Female)

• Function -: Assistant Cook
• CDI position between 60-100 %
• Place of work: Massonnens

Profile:

• Kitchen assistant
• With a few years of experience in a similar position
• An autonomous, willing person, with a desire to learn
• Imperatively must have a vehicle due to the place of work and split shifts
• Good knowledge of French
• Good physical condition

Tasks:

• Routine tasks in the field
• Ability to assist the chef de cuisine
• Peeling vegetables, mise en place for food preparation
• Plating dishes
• Dishwashing
• Various cleaning tasks, maintenance of the kitchen, cold room, etc.

Remarks:

• Split shifts
• Imperatively: work every weekend
• L'Auberge is closed from Sunday at 4 PM until Tuesday at 4 PM, therefore fixed days off during the restaurant's closure

Salary:

• According to CCNT

Start date:

• Immediately or to be agreed
