• You assume overall responsibility for your team, lead your employees with appreciation and clarity, and create a motivating work environment.
• You continuously develop your team, accompany new employees during their induction, and conduct regular team meetings as well as employee and annual appraisals (dialogues).
• Together with your team, you ensure our high service, quality, and hygiene standards and continuously develop them further.
• You put our patients and guests at the center and ensure professional, solution-oriented, and warm care even in challenging situations or during complaints.
• You actively help shape the department, recognize optimization potential, and support the division management in the further development and implementation of overarching goals.

• Sound experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally with completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, as well as experience in a leadership function.
• Leadership personality with organizational talent: You motivate and develop your team, set clear priorities, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
• Passionate host: You live a strong service orientation, enjoy interacting with people, and have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• Strong in communication and teamwork: Interdisciplinary cooperation with different specialist departments is a matter of course for you. You communicate reliably, think in networks, and promote constructive cooperation.
