We are looking for an immediate, fixed-term position for six months for a

Kitchen Assistant (Female/Male) 100%

The Merian Iselin Klinik is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus areas are in the specialties of orthopedics, surgery, and urology. With us, you will find meaningful activity in a familiar environment where people are at the center.

Your main tasks

• Washing and preparing fresh food
• Assisting in the cold kitchen and the patisserie (preparing various salads, sandwiches, dressings)
• Assisting in the dishwashing (cleaning kitchen utensils, as well as kitchen cleaning according to the cleaning plan)
• The shifts have the following times: split shift from 07:00 to 12:15 and from 15:30 to 18:15. The shifts are distributed across shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Your profile

You enjoy a creative and health-conscious kitchen and, together with the team, are responsible for the catering of approximately 120 patients and guests daily, as well as 150 - 200 employees. You support the kitchen team with preparation work, kitchen cleaning, and the preparation of various cold and sweet dishes.
