Tasks & Challenges

• Personal care of guests and hosting function during the events
• Organization and execution of corporate events, apéros, banquets, and private celebrations
• Planning and execution of wine, spirits, and cocktail tastings
• Active work at the bar as well as preparation of cocktails and other drinks
• Duty planning, briefing, and coordination of the event team
• Preparation of the location and ensuring a smooth process
• Close cooperation with the event management
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Various administrative activities

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in gastronomy
• Experience in the event, banquet, or gastronomy sector
• Sound bar experience and passion for high-quality drinks
• Joy in the execution of events and in creating a first-class experience for guests
• Organizational talent as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Service-oriented, open, and empathetic personality
• Hands-on mentality and joy in taking on responsibility
• Languages: German and good English skills
