Introduction

A leadership position in the kitchen is being filled for a highly frequented gastronomy business with standardized processes and high guest volume.
The focus is on efficient production, clear processes, and consistent quality assurance in daily operations.
We are looking for a leader with organizational talent who takes on operational responsibility and successfully leads their team through everyday life.

Tasks

• You lead the kitchen team in daily operations and ensure clear structures and efficient processes
• You ensure that quality, quantity, and presentation standards are consistently maintained
• You are responsible for the production of a manageable and standardized menu
• You coordinate the employees during service times and ensure smooth operations
• You monitor hygiene, safety, and quality requirements and implement them consistently
• You actively support your team in production and pitch in where support is needed

Profile

• You have completed training in gastronomy or bring comparable practical experience
• You have initial leadership experience in a kitchen or system gastronomy
• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with a high volume of guests
• You have experience with standardized processes and efficient production workflows
• You are resilient, flexible, and take responsibility for your team
• You have good German skills for daily communication and employee leadership
