Chef de Service

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and strong leadership personality as Chef de Service (m/f/d) for winter 2026-2027.

Your tasks
Leadership, motivation, and deployment planning of the service team
Ensuring smooth service processes
Warm care and advice for our guests
Guaranteeing a first-class guest experience
Coordination between service, kitchen, and bar
Induction and training of new employees
Responsibility for compliance with our quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Professional handling of complaints
Support with orders, inventories, and daily closings
Your profile
Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
Several years of professional experience in service, ideally in a leadership function
Strong host personality with high service orientation
Leadership competence as well as enjoyment of working in a team
Organizational talent and independent way of working
We offer a responsible task in a small motivated team
