Guest Relation Employee Premium (DE/FR)

As a Guest Relations employee, you are the host for our additionally insured patients and their relatives. You personally accompany our private patients during their stay and ensure a first-class guest experience with your strong service orientation and your confident communication in German and French.

What awaits you

• Personal care of private patients from admission to discharge
• Contact person for all non-medical questions for patients and visitors
• Receipt and processing of feedback
• Care of the lounge and coffee service
• Collaboration in the hotel service

What you bring with you

• You have completed training in the hotel industry, gastronomy, tourism, or a comparable service-oriented field and bring experience in direct guest contact
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German and French, good English skills round off your profile
• You possess a strong guest orientation
• You are accustomed to an independent way of working and have a well-groomed, professional appearance
• You possess good MS-Office skills
