ESSENTIAL MISSIONS OF THE ROLE - You advise customers, sell and process payments for products of the unit in order to reach sales objectives. - You ensure the supply, management of aisles, stocks and orders according to performance indicators. - You participate in the daily management and maintenance of the store REQUIRED PROFILES / REQUIREMENTS - Professional experience in catering - Commercial spirit, developed business sense, results-oriented and ability to make suggestions (innovation) - Ease in communication, sense of contact, spirit of initiative - Team spirit while knowing how to work autonomously - Rigorous, organized in the monitoring and application of concepts - Flexible and versatile - Oral and written mastery of the language - Knowledge of "Style Marché" concepts - Mastery of basic IT software SIGNIFICANT AND PERMANENT TASKS OR ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION - Welcome, listen to and advise customers - Bring innovative ideas to your sector of activity or any improvement allowing for the development of turnover. - Set up and highlight products, identify shortages and undertake necessary corrections, respect concepts and maintain attractive displays (promotion of actions and enhancement of the assortment). - Prepare products - Process payments for meal trays - Apply internal and external legal standards, notably HACCP rules - Maintain order and cleanliness on the unit surface - Demonstrate availability and versatility according to the needs of the unit or the Coopérative . - Execute all tasks or activities deemed necessary by the manager in order to ensure the smooth running of their unit.
