Your area of responsibility includes:

• taking table reservations, making recommendations and supporting the Maîtres d’hôtel with seating
• personal greeting, farewell and attentive care of our guests
• recognizing guest needs, recording and coordinating individual wishes
• being present as a contact person as support in the Guest Relations Department
• maintaining guest profiles and preferences as well as passing on relevant information internally

What defines you:

• Ideally a completed apprenticeship in the hotel or gastronomy industry
• A communicative, warm and enthusiastic host personality
• Strong team orientation, discretion, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Very good understanding of people and a fine sense for individual guest needs
• Very good French, German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
• A prudent, resilient way of working and an overview even in lively situations
