Responsibilities

• You support the Dining Room Manager, Sarah Banahmed, in the daily supervision of the restaurant and the quality of each service.
• You ensure the offering of an elegant, warm, and personalized gastronomic experience, in accordance with the identity and requirements of La Table.
• You ensure the preparation of service, the mise en place, and the smooth running of dining room operations, with rigor and attention to detail.
• You welcome and accompany clients with attention, discretion, and professionalism, anticipating their expectations and special requests.
• You ensure fluid coordination between the dining room and the kitchen in order to guarantee precise, rhythmic, and harmonious service.
• You participate in the organization and planning of teams, as well as their daily support.
• You contribute to the training and integration of employees, by transmitting the values of service, excellence, and soft skills of La Table.
• You actively participate in the continuous improvement of service and the creation of a memorable customer experience.

Profile sought

• You are a graduate in hotel management/catering and have experience in gastronomic or high-end catering.
• You like to evolve in a house where team spirit, benevolence, and high standards combine daily.
• You are involved in the life of the restaurant and appreciate daily support based on communication, sharing, and transmission.
• You are organized, rigorous, and attentive to details, with the desire to progress each service.
• You place customer satisfaction at the heart of your priorities and constantly seek precision and excellence in your work.
• You are elegant, discreet, dynamic, and endowed with an excellent sense of service.
