For a gastronomic establishment located in the Locarnese area, we are looking for a qualified professional to join our team on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a dynamic, smiling, enterprising and, above all, autonomous person, capable of working professionally both at the bar and in table service.

Main duties

• Autonomous management of the bar counter and coffee shop.
• Preparation of aperitifs, classic cocktails and beverages.
• Welcoming and assisting customers.
• Table service of food and beverages.
• Taking orders and managing one's station.
• Presentation of the menu and advice to customers.
• Organization of the mise en place for the bar and the dining room.
• Stock control and reordering of goods.
• Care for order, cleanliness and service quality.
• Collaboration with the floor and kitchen team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in floor and bar service.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee service and classic cocktails.
• Good knowledge of the German language.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian.
• Knowledge of English is appreciated.
• Ability to work autonomously even during intense service periods.
• Polished appearance, professionalism and customer orientation.
• Precision, reliability and team spirit.
