Tasks & Challenges

• Planning and coordination of MICE and corporate events across multiple hotel locations
• Support of demanding events from inquiry to post-processing
• Ensuring professional customer care and smooth processes
• Functional leadership and further development of the Corporate Events team
• Promotion of digitalization and automation through modern technologies and AI tools
• Close cooperation with Sales, Rooms, Revenue, and the operational teams
• Optimization of processes, standards, and tools in the MICE area
• Responsibility for post-processing including invoicing and customer feedback

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in the hotel/gastronomy sector
• Several years of professional experience in the event, MICE, sales, or hospitality sector
• Experience in the organization of corporate events as well as in functional leadership
• Affinity for digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence
• Organizational and coordination talent, solution-oriented
• Structured way of working, setting priorities
• Quality-, duty-, and responsibility-conscious
• Team player, doer personality
• Winning appearance
• Fluent German and English
