Then we are looking for a personality who, with humor, expertise, and a passion for gastronomy, will know how to enthuse our customers and employees.

You embody leadership characterized by empathy and clarity and assume the overall economic and human responsibility for your establishment. Together with your management team, you ensure the smooth running of operations, develop your employees, and also roll up your sleeves.

You have several years of experience in management and gastronomy. Training in a hotel school or complementary training in business management is an asset. You think entrepreneurially, enjoy direct contact with customers, and maintain an overview even in administrative tasks. Good IT knowledge and a confident command of common programs complete your profile.

For your new role, we invest specifically in your integration and familiarize you with our processes and procedures.

Your colorful buffet includes: ##

• Global operational and strategic management of the establishment
• Personnel management including scheduling, recruitment, promotion, and leadership
• Responsibility for the budget and turnover as well as compliance with legal requirements
• Organization of administrative processes including finance and reporting
• Active presence in daily operations as a visible host

Your profile: ##

• Several years of experience in a management role, for example as a gastronomy manager, restaurant director, manager, branch director - ideally with a background as a Store Manager in catering or fast food
• Training in a hotel school or complementary training in business management desired
• Team spirit with empathy, clarity, and enjoyment in human relations
