Your main missions will consist of:

Preparing dishes according to the technical sheets and the established menu, respecting quality and presentation standards.

Participating in supply management and stock control in order to guarantee the freshness and quality of the ingredients used.

Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your workstation, while respecting hygiene and safety standards.

Collaborating with the entire team in order to propose innovative and exciting dishes for the guests.
