Full-time Concierge (M/F), experienced, dynamic and reliable.

Start date: January 2027

Missions:

• Maintain the building according to the specifications
• Inform the agency in case of technical malfunctions or within the neighborhood
• Take out the containers (good physical condition is necessary)
• Welcome companies and contribute to site management by supervising certain works
• Participate in the management of the security and safety of the building
• Manage access to the building in case of moving or intervention
• Be at the service of tenants, provide them with information and ensure instructions are followed
• Know how to manage unforeseen situations, whether in case of technical problems or in the management of conflicts between neighbors

Profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in this field of activity
• Holder of AFP/CFC cleaning agent
• Ability to undertake small DIY tasks
• Good knowledge of cleaning products, machines as well as cleaning and maintenance techniques
• Good presentation, dynamic, reliable, willing and pragmatic
• Sense of organization and observation
• Spoken French, any other language can be an asset
