Job Description

Your daily tasks include mise en place, the preparation and arrangement of seasonal menus as well as daily dishes and desserts. You contribute to keeping the cooking station clean and plate the dishes in front of the guests.

As part of the regularly temporary assignments, you occupy a position within the kitchen brigade and support the kitchen manager.

Desired Profile

You have completed vocational training as a cook, have several years of experience in gastronomy, ideally in contract catering, or a comparable qualification; you enjoy cooking techniques and interacting with returning guests.

You can expect an upbeat team in an exciting and dynamic working environment. Family-friendly working hours from Monday to Friday, five weeks of vacation, as well as generally free weekends and public holidays.
