You assist the management of our housekeeping team

You monitor and control the work in the rooms, apartments and public areas

You integrate and train new employees in collaboration with the housekeeping manager

You support the housekeeping manager in the optimization and definition of work processes

You respond to the wishes of our customers and ensure a pleasant stay

You support, if necessary, our housekeeping team in daily cleaning tasks

You have completed professional training in hospitality or professional experience in a comparable function

You take pleasure in your work and adopt a positive attitude

You lead your employees autonomously and responsibly

You enjoy working in an international team and maintain an overview even in stressful situations

You are an open and resilient personality with a high awareness of quality and service

You have good knowledge of German and can communicate well in English
