Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Chef de cuisine, you also ensure the cleaning of utensils and kitchen equipment, as well as dishwashing, while ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness rules. You also ensure the maintenance and organization of the cold room and the storeroom, as well as the unpackaging and storage of goods upon their reception.

Finally, you contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and order of the restaurant and the sanitary facilities and participate in waste sorting and recycling in accordance with current procedures.

Profile sought

Benefiting from at least 6 months of experience in a similar position in catering, you are a dynamic, versatile and resilient person, capable of adapting quickly. Your efficiency and commitment make you an involved collaborator. You know hygiene standards and know how to apply them. You speak French fluently and have a vehicle.
