The Al Capone Steakhouse & Restaurant in the center of St. Gallen offers a unique gastronomic experience. Our versatile and high-quality offering ranges from premium steaks and meat dishes to Italian pizza and classic pasta dishes. Our carefully selected wines from Italy, America and Argentina complement the culinary experience and transport our guests into the exciting ambiance of the 1920s, the time of Al Capone in Chicago.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement, a motivated

Service Assistant (m/f) 100% for evening service.

Your tasks:

• Professional guest care and consultation
• Active sales and service of food and drinks
• Support of the service team
• Managing your own station
• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Preparation and maintenance of the work area
• Contribution to a positive and hospitable ambiance

What we expect from you:

• Experience in gastronomy, ideally in the service area
• Willingness to learn and motivation to learn new skills
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Team spirit and the willingness to work in a well-coordinated team
• Self-confidence and a service-oriented way of working
• Availability in the evenings, either on weekends or during the week from 18:00 to 23:00 – entirely according to your wishes
• Italian and English skills are an advantage (but not a requirement)
