We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement

Employees Sales and Cashier (m/f/d)
(40 to 60 % at an hourly wage)
You enjoy being around people and keep an overview even during busy periods? As part of our sales team, you will receive our guests, advise them personally, and ensure that their excursion is a complete success.

Your tasks

• Receiving and greeting our guests at the cash desk
• Cashier service and sale of tickets
• Personal advice and accompanying our guests on-site
• Processing customer inquiries by telephone and email
• Providing information on facilities, experience offers, opening hours, and operational status
• General administrative work in sales

Your profile

• You enjoy interacting with guests and are a warm hostess or a warm host
• You work reliably, precisely, and remain calm even during rushes
• You are willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during holiday periods
• You are digitally fit and can quickly find your way around our cashier system
• You speak Swiss German, further language skills are an advantage
• Ideally, you bring experience from sales, tourism, or gastronomy
