Deputy Service Manager 80-100% (f/m)

With around 220 employees, we run the innovative senior center “Im Brüel” with 126 residential and care places for people in their 3rd and 4th stage of life.

Our restaurant Harfe is open not only to the residents but also to guests from the surrounding area. In addition to the daily changing offers in the restaurant Harfe (52 seats), banquets and events are also regularly celebrated here.

Your main task

• Support and deputy for the Service Management in operational and personnel leadership
• Ensuring smooth service operations as well as high service quality
• Warm care and service of our residents and guests
• Participation in deployment planning, organization of events and optimization of work processes
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and active further development of the service area

Your profile

• Completed training in gastronomy or in service with corresponding professional experience
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage, motivated junior managers welcome
• Strong hosting qualities and pleasure in dealing with older people
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented personality with organizational talent
• Good German skills, basic IT skills and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
