Das Bildungszentrum Wallierhof is the competence center for domestic and agricultural vocational training and further education as well as consulting in the Canton Solothurn with an attractive seminar and conference infrastructure. For Bildungszentrum Wallierhof we are looking for, by or after agreement, at the Riedholz location, a Head of Conference Center, 80-100%.

Your responsibility

• Together with your team, you design a professional and customer-oriented environment for learners as well as seminar and conference participants.
• You assume overall responsibility for the technical, personnel and financial management of the conference center.
• Services, processes and quality standards are continuously optimized and further developed by you.
• You lead and promote employees and create an appreciative team culture.
• As a member of the executive management, you actively help shape the development of the Bildungszentrum.

Your profile

• You are a committed leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking and enjoy successfully developing services and processes together.
• A degree in higher vocational education in Hospitality Management, Facility Management or a related field characterizes your educational path.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the gastronomy environment.
• A high customer and service orientation, pronounced communication skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style are among your strengths.
• Resilience, flexibility and affinity for agriculture round off your profile.
