Night Auditor Allrounder

Introduction:
The «Hotel East West» in Basel is a family business and impresses with the combination of time-honored tradition and modern design as well as high-quality amenities.
Rooms:
In total, our hotel has 44 rooms in various sizes and with different facilities.
Restaurant:
The Restaurant East West is located directly on the Mittlere Rheinbrücke and offers our guests a beautiful view of the Rhine.

To strengthen our team at the East West Hotel Basel, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement:

Night Audit (Allrounder) on an hourly basis Mon-Fri (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
You are co-responsible for the smooth running of the reception and guarantee our international guests a wonderful stay. Your tasks, in addition to the late check-in, are setting up the breakfast buffet, cleaning our public WCs and looking after our guests with problems during the night. Furthermore, you are co-responsible for receiving all guest inquiries and noting them down for the early shift.
Other small additional tasks may arise.

Your profile:

• First experience in a similar position is an advantage
• High service and quality awareness
• Flawless German and English skills in spoken and written form, any further foreign language is an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility as well as strong sales skills, pronounced guest and service orientation and enjoyment of interacting with people round off your profile
• You are a team player and passionate host
• Good IT skills are an advantage
