On behalf of one of our clients, the agency OKJOB Lausanne is looking for a:

Chef de rang (M/F) with vehicle

• Previous experience as a waiter, (3 years of experience minimum)
• AFP, CFC and Federal Diploma or equivalent title in hotel and restaurant management
• Sense of service and excellent customer relations
• Dynamism, autonomy and ability to work under pressure
• Good presentation and team spirit
• Mastery of French is indispensable, knowledge of English is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
• Driving license and personal vehicle required
• Welcome and serve customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Take orders and transmit them to the kitchen
• Ensure fast and efficient service while guaranteeing customer satisfaction
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the tables and the dining room
• Advise customers on our products and menus (knowledge of wine is a plus)
• Ensure the smooth running of the customer experience
