To strengthen our team in the restaurant, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant Restaurant 100% (m/w/d) as of 01.11.2026, permanent, at the Luzern location. ##

Your responsibility

• You ensure smooth operations and implement the quality and hygiene guidelines in the Manora restaurant.
• You ensure a stylish market atmosphere according to the concept.
• You identify, evaluate, and utilize the local supply potential.
• You are responsible for the personnel management of the employees.
• You are responsible for an organized and employee-oriented structure of the restaurant (duty rosters, etc.).
• You ensure the training and development of the employees as well as young talents.
• You are present on the floor, leading and supporting the employees in their daily work.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have completed basic training in the field of gastronomy or have graduated from a hotel management school.
• You bring extensive experience in gastronomy.
• You live and love the role of host.
• Ideally, you have been able to gain initial leadership experience.
• You convince with a resilient, persistent, and reliable personality.
• You have a positive attitude towards work, can transfer this to the employees, and motivate them sustainably.
• You are a talent for improvisation and enjoy challenging questions.
• You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and maintain calm and overview in hectic situations.
