Your tasks

• Guest service at top level: You are the face of the lounge, welcoming our sophisticated guests warmly and ensuring a private, comfortable atmosphere.
• Mixology & consultation: You professionally prepare classic cocktails, signature drinks, and coffee specialties and provide stylish advice on our exclusive selection of wines and spirits.
• Organization & cleanliness: You always keep the bar and lounge area in impeccable, representative condition and strictly adhere to hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Cash management: You reliably handle the daily reconciliations and ticketing via the cash system.
• Preparation (Mise en Place): You ensure that all ingredients, glasses, and decorations are perfectly prepared before the opening.

What you bring with you

• Experience: You have a solid education in gastronomy/hotel management or bring several years of experience in an upscale bar, lounge, or luxury hotel.
• Expertise: You possess good knowledge in the field of spirits, cocktails, and wine.
• Personality: You convince through a well-groomed, stylish appearance, excellent manners, and absolute discretion.
• Way of working: You work independently, remain calm even in hectic moments, and have an eye for the decisive details.
• Languages: You speak fluent [Deutsch] and bring good [Englisch] skills for our international guests.
• Flexibility: Working in the evening and on weekends is a matter of course for you.
