Receptionist 60% ME, JE, VE (until 31 March 2027)

Your mission

• Welcome our various partners and visitors
• Management of telephone calls
• Management of incoming and outgoing mail
• Processing of invoices
• Maintenance of the branch premises, including management of various equipment
• Stock management, inventory maintenance, orders, etc.
• Contact, calls for tender and supervision of interventions by external service providers
• Administrative support to the Management
• Participation in the organization of internal events

Your profile

• Successful experience in a similar function
• Excellent presentation and sense of welcome
• Good communication skills
• Proactivity, good organizational skills
