• Operational Control 🎯

Predominantly present in daily operational business, you coordinate all processes in the restaurant. You control services in real-time, manage peak times, and ensure compliance with Burger King standards to guarantee smooth, efficient, and flawless service.

• Leader of Leaders 👑

You lead, develop, and coach Crew Members and Shift Leaders. Recruitment, onboarding, training, and feedback are a natural part of your everyday life.

• Performance Management 📊

You analyze key figures (revenue, productivity, guest satisfaction) and derive targeted measures to achieve goals.

• Roster Planning & Time Management ⏱️

You create and optimize duty rosters taking into account legal requirements and operational needs.

• Goods & Cost Management 📦

You control orders, stock levels, and inventories and ensure efficient resource use without waste.

• Administrative Responsibility 💰

You monitor internal documents, daily closings, and reporting with accuracy and transparency.

• Standards & Safety 🔥🧼

You ensure the highest hygiene, safety, and working standards and prepare the restaurant professionally for audits.

• Crisis Management ⚡

In demanding situations, you act calmly, solution-oriented, and with strong decision-making skills.
