Would you like to use your expertise as a dietary cook in a targeted way and at the same time be part of our kitchen team? At Pflegezentrum Embrach, you will prepare meals for residents, employees and guests and actively contribute your knowledge in dietetics to everyday work. At the same time, you will support us in further expanding our expertise in this area. You will work predominantly on day shifts with occasional evening shifts.

Your tasks

• Independent preparation of meals as well as all types of dietary and special food
• Implementation of individual dietary forms for diabetes, allergies, intolerances and malnutrition
• Cooperation on various stations in the kitchen
• Cooperation at the food service belt
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
• Application and maintenance of the menu ordering system
• Support in the training of our apprentice cooks

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ with a federal diploma as a dietary cook
• Professional experience as a cook
• Specialist knowledge in the preparation of dietary and special food forms
• Knowledge of IDDSI standards for dysphagia-appropriate food is an advantage
• Very good German skills
• Independent and exact way of working
• Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
