For our client, a renowned and versatile hotel and gastronomy operation in the Luzern region, we are looking for an experienced leader who combines operational know-how with a true host mentality. In this responsible key position, you will take over the overall coordination of the operational hotel business and ensure, together with the responsible managers, that the various areas work together optimally.

Tasks & Challenges

• Overall management and coordination of daily operations
• Close cooperation with the management as well as the responsible department heads
• Ensuring efficient cooperation between hotel operations and gastronomy
• Active presence in the operation and support of managers in daily business
• Ensuring high quality, service, and guest standards
• Confident leadership and coordination in demanding operational situations
• Promotion of direct, appreciative, and solution-oriented cooperation
• Accompanying and further developing operational structures and processes
• Taking on responsibility in the operational representation of the management
• Administrative activities

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management
• Completed hotel management school or the Unternehmerseminar G2/G3
• Very good knowledge of processes in the Rooms area as well as Food & Beverage
• Understanding of cross-departmental processes and interfaces
• Ability to coordinate experienced managers at eye level and drive common goals
• High presence in daily business and enjoyment of a dynamic working environment
• Entrepreneurial personality
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Clear, binding, and appreciative communication
• Solution-oriented and high resilience
• Winning, sympathetic, and open-minded
• Languages: German and English, any further language is an advantage
