La Boulangerie Zogbi is looking for a welcoming, dynamic, and versatile person to join its team in Bussigny.

We offer artisanal slow-fermentation breads, fine pastries, as well as a gourmet offer for the tea-room, with coffees, teas, and various specialties prepared with care. Every day, we wish to offer our clientele a warm and tasty break.

Your mission

Under the responsibility of the manager and the point of sale manager, you will participate in the daily life of the shop and the tea-room. Your tasks will be varied:

• Welcome, advise, and serve customers with attention and good humor;
• Present and sell breads, pastries, grocery products, and suggestions of the day;
• Prepare orders, pack products, and process sales;
• Prepare snacking: sandwiches, salads, quiches, and other products offered;
• Ensure service in the tea-room, notably for beverages and table orders;
• Set up display cases and sales areas, ensuring their restocking and presentation;
• Participate in the preparation of the shop before opening and its closing;
• Maintain the sales, preparation, and service areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment;
• Apply hygiene and food safety rules;
• Participate, according to needs, in performances or services organized outside the shop.

Your profile

We are looking for a person who:

• Enjoys contact with customers and knows how to offer smiling and attentive service;
• Possesses a very good command of French, indispensable for the position, both orally and in writing;
• Mastery of another language is an asset, notably Portuguese, English, Spanish, etc.;
• Is versatile, organized, and appreciates teamwork;
• Is comfortable in a lively environment, with tasks that evolve throughout the day;
• Ideally has experience in sales, bakery-pastry, or catering;
• Training in sales or catering is appreciated;
• Is available to work according to the hours of the point of sale, including weekends.
